Semi-custom Orthotics : Modular System with 18 Options
Modular System with 18 Options
A modular semi-custom system that determines the most suitable design based on foot shape, arch height, depth, width, heel alignment, contact area, and flexibility. With 18 modules available, it offers tailored combinations for different purposes. Compared with standard Pre-mold orthotics, it delivers a more precise customised effect, while providing quicker turnaround and greater cost-effectiveness than full custom orthotics. In clinics, the most suitable model and module can be selected instantly according to the patient's condition, arch type and plantar pressure profile, ensuring optimal solutions for rehabilitation, sport, and everyday activities.
PATHO-LOGIC :
Clinically Validated Modules for Pathological Conditions
The patho-logic range includes modules designed to address the problems of metatarsalgia, talalgia, supination, pronation and pathologies caused by instability in the midfoot and hindfoot. These modules have been clinically validated by practitioners and laboratories.
COMFORT STANDARD
Comfort Standard is ideal for wide fit footwear, providing comfort for sensitive feet and forefoot protection. It is composed of the following materials

For moderate and wide footwear volumes in cases of forefoot pain. Real full-length comfort and extreme forefoot protection.
HEEL STANDARD
Ideal for slim fit footwear, providing stability, comfort and rearfoot protection.
STABILITY
A biomechanical module designed to stabilise the foot at the midfoot and rearfoot. Constructed with high-rigidity materials to provide optimal support while maintaining comfort across all lengths.
ANTI PRONATION
ANTI-PRONATION allows for the creation of orthotic insoles in order to correct overpronation of the feet.
ANTI SUPINATION
ANTI-SUPINATION allows for the creation of orthotic insoles in order to correct oversupination of the feet.
SPORT SPECIFIC :
Performance Modules for Sporting Demands
The sport-specific range includes modules designed to meet the requirements of regular sporting activity in terms of support and dynamism. They are adapted to the different footwear volumes: narrow, medium or wide. The range meets very specific needs, such as rearfoot cushioning, midfoot stability as well as forefoot propulsion and stabilisation.
RUN LIGHT PROTECT
Designed for runners, this thin orthotic is light weight and ideal for narrow footwear. It protects the forefoot and absorbs ground reaction forces to reduce fatigue and stress.
STUDS
A thin orthotic designed for sports requiring studs. It features a forefoot pad to protect the stud zone and special reinforcements to guide the foot during acceleration and changes in direction.
